GOODLIFE
GoodLife is an internal learning opportunity to support the personal and professional growth of Goodwill West Texas employees. The eight-week program consists of a number of self-paced online courses (that can be completed while clocked in!) available on the GoodwillU learning platform.
Eligibility
Applications are open to anyone employed for at least 120 days and has not received a formal, written, disciplinary action in the past year.
Learning
Courses include:
Track 1: attitude, ethical decisions, wellness, social interactions, time management and more.
Track 2: adapating to change, financial literacy, having a growth mindset, negotiations, stress management, and taking initiative

Applications for 2024 Cohort 3 are now closed.
Accepted applicants will be notified by April 19.
Cohort 3 starts April 29 and concludes June 24.
