Earlier this year, we launched GoodLife, a personal and professional development mission program designed just for Goodwill West Texas employees. Today, we celebrated our Track 1 GoodLife graduates!
GoodLife is an eight-week online learning program our employees can participate in during the work day. In Track 1, employees took courses on

✔️ Digital literacy
✔️ Attitude
When you see our store employees wearing a star pin on their vest or a blue “Life is Good at Goodwill” t-shirt, you’ll know they are GoodLife grads!
